At RDJ, we believe it’s all about the results, not the time. For that reason, our billing structure isn’t determined based on actual billable hours. We utilize a value-based pricing model. In addition, we offer packages for outsourcing services, which are billed at monthly rates based on the level of services needed. Prior to accepting any engagement, we will always go over pricing with each client.
At RDJ, we are very interactive with our clients. We stay abreast of the ever so changing standards and regulations that may impact our clients to make sure we are prepared. We plan for the unexpected before it happens by being proactive instead of reactive. At the end of the day, we want to be able to provide results instead of excuses.
At RDJ we understand the importance of professional partnerships. We assist business where they need it the most – by being their Strategic Advisors. With over a decade of working with larger firms, I’ve always noticed that the “little” guy doesn’t get much attention. I mean really, if you’re that client with less than $10M-$15M in sales, you may get chance to speak with the partner during your initial visit. After that, you’re basically shuffled through the system and assigned to different teams, year after year. At RDJ, you always have an open line to me – regardless of how “big” or “small” you are.
